Role Description
We are hiring a part-time Sales Associate for a position at F45 Training in Dublin, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and current members, providing exceptional customer service, promoting membership packages, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting studio tours, responding to customer inquiries, assisting with membership sign-ups, and supporting the studio team in delivering an outstanding fitness experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and team members
- Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
- Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
- Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
- Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
- Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
- Interacting with potential members after class to discuss membership.
- Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
- Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and team members
- Outstanding work ethic
- Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time in a dynamic studio environment
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- A positive and detail-oriented person who can talk to anyone
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in basic computer software and ability to learn studio management systems
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in fitness or sales is an advantage
Compensation: $20 per hour commission
