F45 Training Member Consultant/ Admin

F45 Training is a globally recognized fitness community that combines innovative workouts with an incredible member experience. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Studio Administrator to help our studios run smoothly while creating an outstanding experience for every member.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and create a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media messages.
• Book trial workouts and follow up with prospective members.
• Assist with memberships, scheduling, and member accounts.
• Help keep the studio clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support sales, marketing, and community events.
• Work closely with coaches and leadership to ensure a great member experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly and outgoing
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Great at communicating with people
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Experience with Mindbody or similar software is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Full-time
