*Job Overview*
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to develop the skills necessary to lead and nurture sales at your designated studio. We are looking for a highly motivated, fitness oriented sales professional. Potential to advance into Manager position with base pay raise commission.
F45 Training is a community based, functional fitness facility with a team full of motivating and uplifting individuals. We are looking for someone who can, not only fill the role, but match the culture!
*Responsibilities*
- Close and nurture sales.
- Answer phones, and make outgoing calls.
- Assist in the management of clients and their memberships.
- Generate and track leads.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Attend bi-weekly sales meetings.
- Understand and enforce policies and procedures.
*Experience*
- Prior experience in Fitness Sales.
- Familiarity with F45 or other boutique fitness studios is a plus.
- Mindbody Online CRM experience preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience required.
*Pay*
- Hourly base pay.
- Uncapped commission.
*Bonus*
- Memberships to all Studios.
