Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.Responsibilities & Duties:Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversionsResponsible for hitting monthly new member growth goalsHelp keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guestsDelivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our communityQualifications:Previous sales experience preferredExcellent customer service skillsMotivated and passionate about health and fitnessPositive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyoneComfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
