Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and culture.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Design and oversee global recruitment strategy for corporate roles.
- Build scalable hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with department leaders to forecast talent needs and develop succession pipelines.
- Champion and evolve company culture in alignment with brand values and performance expectations.
- Oversee onboarding, engagement surveys, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Implement and manage performance management frameworks, including goal-setting and feedback systems.
- Design leadership development programs for high-potential and emerging leaders.
- Support managers with coaching tools and training resources.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and annual renewals.
- Ensure pay equity and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws.
