F45 Training Arvada Ridge is a family owned functional training fitness studio. We built our studio to provide the Arvada and Wheat Ridge community a high-quality boutique gym experience and realistic advice in a world that offers too many quick fixes.
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative to take the studio to the next level, grow in their industry knowledge, and ultimately change lives.

Minimum requirement is 2-years of Sales experience. Nice-to-have experience is having your Certified Personal Training certification
About the Role (4-8 hours minimum will be required in-studio, the rest is remote)
- Facilitate meaningful in-person membership consultations
- Make quality and efficient sales calls
- Perform warm and cold outreach to capture leads and turn them into lasting members
- Generate leads through grass-roots marketing and B2B relationships
- Hit and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
