This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for a builder — someone who sees untapped potential in corporate partnerships, lead-generating events, and community programming, and knows how to go get it. THE ROLE
You'll run the studio operationally and drive it commercially. That means owning the day-to-day while actively pursuing new revenue channels — corporate memberships, brand partnerships, community events, and lead-generating activations that bring new people into our world.
- Leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of trainers
- Owning the full sales process — leads, follow-up, trials, conversions
- Prospecting and closing corporate membership accounts
- Conceiving and executing lead-generating events and community activations
- Overseeing HYROX programming and specialty initiatives
- Delivering a member experience that earns loyalty and referrals
- Keeping operations tight: scheduling, payroll inputs, systems, standards
- Growing the studio's reputation — online and in the neighbourhood.
YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF
We're looking for a serious A player — someone who brings startup-level hunger to an already-winning operation. Specifically:
- You've led a team in fitness, hospitality, wellness, or a high-service environment — and you were genuinely good at it
- You have a track record in B2B or corporate sales, partnerships, or business development
- You're a natural relationship builder — with members, local businesses, and community partners
- You think in growth opportunities, not just tasks
- You hold yourself to a high standard without being asked
- You're organised, proactive, and operationally sharp
- You care about fitness — ideally you train yourself and understand what great coaching feels like
WHAT WE OFFER
$70,000–$80,000 base salary depending on experience, paid weekly as a W-2 employee. Monthly performance bonuses tied to studio revenue mean strong performers consistently earn $100,000–$110,000 . Your effort has a direct line to your income.
