Job Summary
Plays a key role in supporting research and analytics initiatives by ensuring accurate data handling, analysis, and reporting. This position is responsible for managing large datasets, performing statistical analyses using industry-standard tools, and translating findings into clear, actionable reports and briefings. This role also contributes to improving research processes through informed recommendations, while supporting administrative and documentation requirements that keep projects running efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement proven techniques and methodologies in the performance of research and statistical projects.
- Support data collection procedures, prepare, manipulate, and manage extensive databases.
- Perform data entry and other clerical work as required for project completion to include administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Perform basic and advanced statistical analyses with computer software (R, SPSS, SAS).
- Prepare written and oral reports, manuscripts, and presentations including tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing results
- Create and present VIP briefings as directed.
- Conduct internet-based and library research.
- Provide support and suggestions to enhance research and statistical projects.
- Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
- Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Education
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited college, (Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, and/or Social Science background preferred).
- Minimum of one (1) years’ professional experience managing a database using Microsoft Access or Excel.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Occasionally lift or move objects of light to medium weight (up to 25 pounds).
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and/or other types of office technology.
