As a provider of mission support, security, and training services; F3EA’s core competency resides in providing full-spectrum support, development, and execution of interagency Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises (EDREs) and Joint Full Mission Profile (FMP) exercises to enhance performance and improve operational capabilities both domestically and overseas. Job Summary
The purpose of the F3EA Internship is to provide hands-on learning experience in the world of government contracting. This internship offers exposure to operational culture, technical requirements, and best practices required of a mission-driven organization. Internships can be across multiple company directorates.
Role and Responsibilities
Program Management: Execute government projects using PMP principles and documented workflows.
Compliance: Learn how to apply regulatory requirements across programs.
Communication and Reporting: Produce briefings and written reports to support project progress.
Leadership and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrate problem-solving, strategic planning, and team engagement in practical assignments.

Required Qualifications and Education
Intern must meet the requirements for one of the approved internship vehicles to include but are not limited to Skill Bridge, Hiring Our Heroes, Care Coalition, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional required qualifications may vary based on internship opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
10 or more years serving in the military.
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be able to obtain and/or maintain Secret clearance
