Entry-level Line Utility (Weekend Shift)

## Overview

This position is for the weekend shift (3) 12-hour shifts, Friday-Sunday, 5 am to 5 pm. If all 36 hours are worked each week with no unexcused absences, tardies, or early leaves, employees on this shift will be paid an additional 4 hours. OT hours may also be available as volume permits.

The powder coating department also provides a team performance incentive that adds additional dollars for every hour worked to the base rate for meeting and exceeding performance goals. This incentive is paid weekly.

We are also considering experienced applicants for leadership line roles that provides additional incentives for performance.

If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, have little to no experience working in powder coating or fabrication, and want to develop a career in manufacturing, our utility positions are for you!

##Must Haves

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 200 lbs. in a team lift or with equipment assistance
• Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours
• Ability to work in high temperatures
• Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Ability to read and understand process sheets
• Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page
• Ability to wear proper PPE- safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel toe shoes or boots
• Steel toe boots/shoes are a safety requirement

##Good To Have

• Experience in a manufacturing facility
• Powder Coating line experience
• Attendance - Observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record
• Behavior - Follows company policies, procedures and work conduct rules
