Full Time Sales Associate - Entry Level Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients by engaging with local customers and delivering a top-tier experience that reflects the company’s values and mission.
- Learn and assist in executing targeted sales campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and drive wireless product sales.
- Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships through attentive communication, active listening, and personalized service.
- Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with the Full Time Sales Associate - Entry Level team to brainstorm new outreach strategies, optimize training materials, and stay informed on product updates and promotions.
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance, territory coverage, and market visibility.
What We Look For in a Full Time Sales Associate - Entry Level:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred (not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect confidently with a variety of people.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay goal-focused under pressure.
