Overview

F2B Services is looking for a Marketing Manager to build and own how we show up to the world.

We operate in the experiential and tradeshow space, delivering LED technology and event solutions for brands that want to stand out. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can create and execute a clear marketing engine that drives awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build role.

You’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, bring ideas to life, and take ownership of how marketing contributes directly to business growth.

What You’ll Own

Digital Outreach & Brand Presence

  • Build and execute a multi-channel communication strategy (LinkedIn, email, website, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints
  • Position F2B as a premium partner in the corporate events and tradeshow industry

Outbound Campaigns & Lead Support

  • Design and manage targeted bulk email campaigns
  • Partner with Business Development to support outreach with strategic campaigns
  • Track performance and optimize for engagement and qualified lead generation

LinkedIn Strategy (Page Newsletter)

  • Own and grow F2B’s LinkedIn presence
  • Develop consistent, high-quality content
  • Launch and manage a LinkedIn newsletter to drive awareness and credibility

Paid Media (LinkedIn Ads)

  • Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Test audiences, messaging, and creative to generate inbound interest

Content Creation

  • Create and distribute:
  • Newsletters
  • Social posts
  • Internal marketing materials
  • Product and capability videos
  • Translate what we do into clear, compelling content that resonates with event marketers and brand teams

Pixels for Plates Initiative

  • Develop outreach strategy and storytelling around our charitable initiative
  • Expand awareness and partnership opportunities

Execution Support

  • Identify and manage external vendors (design, video, etc.) when needed to bring campaigns to life
  • Support on-site content capture at events when relevant (not a primary function, but part of the role when needed)

Who You Are

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with ownership of initiatives end-to-end
  • Experience in B2B marketing required (events, experiential, or agency experience is a strong plus)
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and builds without waiting for direction
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex offerings into clear messaging
  • Performance-driven and data-aware
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives and bring structure to moving parts

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO

  • Hybrid role based in Hillsborough, New Jersey
