Summary
The Staff Assistant, Ticket Operations will provide ticket operations support for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix Ticket Operations team. This role will work directly with the Manager, Ticket Operations to assist with the handling of day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to learn, will be extremely coachable, and will take on each task with a positive attitude. This is a paid, part-time position with an intended start date of Summer or Fall 2024 and will run through July 2025.

Responsibilities
- Support the Manager and Director of Ticket Operations with daily Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix ticket operations duties
- Provide support to the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix sales and service staff for account maintenance
- Assist with the management and distribution of race weekend printed parking
- Assist with the creation of training materials for event-day staff
- Assist with the verification of all seating products on campus
- Assist with the handling of wristbands and RFID credentials for race weekend access control
- Assist with box-office setup and organization for race weekend
- Handle internal ticket order requests
- Provide exceptional service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum high school diploma, preferred 4-year college degree or actively working towards degree
- Prior experience within service or sports industry highly desired
- Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing system experience preferred
- Prior Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Strong service-oriented mentality and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable and confident learning something new
- Available to work race weekend (May 2nd-4th)
- Available to work roughly 25 hours per week, with an increase in hours as race weekend approaches
