We are seeking an energetic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. Duties
- Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security protocols are followed
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues promptly to enhance their shopping experience
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing merchandise displays
- Handle cash register operations including cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling with accuracy
- Supervise daily store activities, including supervising team members during shifts and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Assist in training new employees on store policies, POS systems, and customer service techniques
- Support purchasing decisions by monitoring inventory levels and participating in stock replenishment processes
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work under pressure with sales.
