Part Time Key Holder

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor, supporting store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. As a key holder, you will be empowered to open and close the store, manage daily tasks, and assist in driving sales growth through effective team management and merchandising. Duties

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security protocols are followed
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues promptly to enhance their shopping experience
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing merchandise displays
• Handle cash register operations including cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling with accuracy
• Supervise daily store activities, including supervising team members during shifts and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Assist in training new employees on store policies, POS systems, and customer service techniques
• Support purchasing decisions by monitoring inventory levels and participating in stock replenishment processes

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work under pressure with sales.
