Summary
F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Pricing Specialist for its Londonderry, NH location.
Responsibilities
- Enter price updates into WMS
- Work with Product Managers on obtaining correct pricing information
- Collaborate with Data Governance to make sure accurate product data is loaded in the system
- Investigate pricing discrepancies
- Work with AP to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
- Adjust minimum and maximum stocking levels based on demands
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
- Maintain inventory levels
- Maintain accurate costs on all purchased items.
- Qualifications
- Previous purchasing experience preferred
- Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
- Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
- Work proficiently with minimal supervision and be able to provide feedback on systems/processes.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office required specifically Excel and VLOOKUP function
- PC /Data Entry skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
