Working with the owner, we provide expert operation, maintenance, and asset management for public and private systems.
We are currently looking for a talented PUMP TECHNICIAN to join our team in the Southeast, Michigan area.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose, rebuild and replace water and wastewater pumps.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical pump system failures efficiently and accurately.
- Performing routine inspections of water treatment plants, distribution systems, wastewater treatment plants and/or collection systems.
- Read and interpret pump schematics, and operation manuals
- Understanding and knowledge that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
- Responds to emergency situations as necessary during normal working hours and when scheduled to be on call for 24-hour emergency service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wastewater and water pump maintenance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical motor systems and controls (single-phase and three-phase).
- Ability to operate and maintain various service tools
- Must be able to work effectively with staff/team, public, and management.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Certification or formal technical training in pump systems, mechanical or electrical disciplines, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in contract operations is a plus.
