We’re launching a new Smart Home Division, focused on delivering cutting-edge technology that makes life safer and more efficient. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead this charge — building and managing a new sales team tasked with bringing our smart home products to consumers, businesses, and government clients.


This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven leader who can build a team from the ground up, execute strategy, and deliver measurable success. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on closer and an inspiring coach who knows how to scale high-performance teams.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and build a world-class sales team focused on selling smart home products across residential, commercial, and public sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive aggressive growth and market penetration.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Personally manage key relationships with enterprise and government clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to leadership, continuously refining the sales process.
  • Represent F Street at trade shows, events, and in high-level industry conversations.


What It Takes to Win

  • 8 years of sales and leadership experience, ideally in appliances, smart home technology, or other in-home solutions.
  • Proven success building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of B2C, B2B, and government sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker who’s comfortable getting hands-on to close deals.
  • Data-driven approach to managing pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite for growth and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Compensation


Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (based on qualifications and experience), plus individual and team performance bonus(es), with uncapped earning potential.
