Role Overview
The Screen Runner & Pinner plays a critical role in the wallpaper manufacturing process by ensuring each printing team has the correct screens prepared, inspected, and delivered before production begins. This position also supports the production process by preparing and pinning printing tables for upcoming production runs.
This role works closely with Printers, Production Managers, and the Screen Engraving Department to support daily production schedules, minimize downtime, and keep production running efficiently.

Role Overview
The Screen Runner & Pinner plays a critical role in the wallpaper manufacturing process by ensuring each printing team has the correct screens prepared, inspected, and delivered before production begins. This position also supports the production process by preparing and pinning printing tables for upcoming production runs.
This role works closely with Printers, Production Managers, and the Screen Engraving Department to support daily production schedules, minimize downtime, and keep production running efficiently.
You Will
- Prepare, inspect, and stage printing screens for upcoming production runs according to the daily production schedule.
- Verify that the correct screens are assigned to each wallpaper pattern and color sequence.
- Pin printing tables by accurately aligning and securing materials and pins according to production specifications.
- Prioritize screen running and table pinning based on production schedules and printer needs to minimize downtime.
- Safely transport screens to printing teams and return completed screens to designated cleaning or storage areas.
- Maintain organized screen storage and staging areas while proactively anticipating upcoming production needs.
- Communicate with Printers and supervisors regarding missing, damaged, or replacement screens while following all company safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities based on production schedules and changing needs.
- Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work throughout the workday.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and established processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull screens weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to safely maneuver large printing screens throughout the production area.
- A team player who is willing to support others and pitch in where needed.
- Able to work around production equipment, printing machinery, inks, and other manufacturing materials while following safety procedures.
