In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the receiving and shipping process, ensuring that products are being handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking parts, packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups for parcel shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using our internal systems
- Inspect received products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
