- Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Act as a trusted HR partner to supervisors and frontline employees
- Handle employee concerns, coaching, and performance support
- Administer benefits and answer HR-related questions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Play a key role in workplace safety programs and initiatives
- Maintain an active presence on the production floor
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- 2 years of HR experience (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels
- Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role
Work Environment:
- Combination of office and production floor work
- Cold environment (~37°F at times)
- Active role that involves walking the facility regularly
