Our company is currently searching for a Construction Heavy Equipment Operator We are looking for a motivated self-starter to support taking the team to the next level. This position is fully onsite and will be located (primarily) at our Pioneer Crossing Landfill located in Birdsboro, PA.

What You Will Do:

• Performs duties involving shoveling, raking, luting, jack hammering, heavy lifting, and the use of multiple small tools.
• Use of Track Hoes, Rollers, Pavers, Excavators and Skid Steers.
• Cleans tools, materials, and work areas.
• Communicate with crew members to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Show up on time with a positive attitude ready for the workday.
• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free.
• Other duties/special projects as assigned.

You Have/Are:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Two (2) - Three (3) years' experience operating heavy equipment
• CDL preferred
• Strong understanding of construction operations and safety practices, with an emphasis on working safely around utilities and in tight spaces.
• A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
