Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages, including English and other bilingual options
- Assist clients with inquiries, account issues, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within various software platforms, ensuring all client information is current and correctly recorded
- Handle cash transactions or payments with precision while maintaining excellent phone etiquette during calls
- Support operational workflows by organizing schedules, processing client requests, and coordinating with internal teams
- Maintain high levels of communication skills to clearly convey information and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong critical thinking — can work through non-standard problems and come up with sensible solutions on their own
Experience
- Prior experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer proficiency
- Experience in outbound calling or tele-sales is highly desirable
- Bilingual skills in English and at least one other language are preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analysis skills to identify trends or issues from customer interactions
- Previous cash handling experience or familiarity with financial transactions is a plus
