Role Description This full-time, on-site Relationship Banker role is based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Relationship Banker serves as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while identifying banking, lending, and investment needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with account openings, transactions, and inquiries, providing guidance on financial products, and referring clients to specialized services as appropriate. The role involves evaluating customer needs, supporting loan applications, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations and policies. Relationship Bankers collaborate closely with branch teammates to deliver high-quality service, meet individual and branch performance goals, and promote FNB’s customer-centric solutions.
Qualifications
