Primary Responsibilities
- Maintains organized and up‑to‑date digital files, procedures, reports, and databases in alignment with departmental standards.
- Reviews loan accounts to identify required maintenance actions and completes follow‑up tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manages returned mail processes, ensuring proper documentation, routing, and resolution.
- Assists in preparing and documenting legal referrals according to internal procedures.
- Provides general administrative support, including assistance with invoicing, onboarding tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Supports departmental workflow by collaborating with team members and contributing to process improvement activities
