What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
- Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking services.
- Identify customer needs and refer bank products and services when appropriate.
- Help ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Support branch operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cash handling, retail, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
