F&M Bank Arena Human Resources Internship - Spring 2027 F&M Bank Arena offers full-time college students the opportunity to gain hands on experience and earn college credit at the same time! Our internships make it possible for students to learn how a professional sports and entertainment venue operates daily. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who has a positive, can-do attitude, and has a strong desire to learn and be part of the organizations culture. In addition to the duties and objectives listed below, students will receive the opportunity to gain exposure to different departments and entities within the organization. Please read below for requirements and description. Candidates MUST be able to receive college credit for the completion of this internship. The Nashville Predators do not provide housing or transportation accommodations. Internship Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate HR projects such as wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. Maintain HR communications platforms (newsletters, bulletin boards, etc.). Coordinate logistics for employee events, orientations, and learning opportunities. Research HR trends and best practices, presenting recommendations to the HR team. Create and maintain non-sensitive HR resources, checklists, and FAQs. Support process improvements through documentation and workflow organization. Support the Human Resources department on various projects, as assigned by supervisor.
Nashville Predators Internship Requirements
Spring semester internship duration will be approximately January - April 2027 All internships are in person; no remote opportunities are available at this time Ability to work evenings and weekends within the students designated credit hour requirement when necessary All interns must be students at accredited colleges and universities, with the ability to earn academic credit for time spent in an internship position Internships are open to Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors receiving college credit Internships do not provide compensation, housing, or transportation Internships do not guarantee full-time positions with the Predators upon completion As a condition of internship, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, which will at a minimum include a criminal background check, and if applicable, may include a driving history check Be able to maintain confidential information
