Summary of Position
The Junior Assembler will assist in the assembly and preparation of building components, such as walls, trusses, and modular units, following detailed blueprints and work instructions. Under the supervision of senior assemblers and shop supervisors, the junior assembler will operate basic hand and power tools, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow detailed directions/instructions.
- Assemble steel studs into panels.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Screw pre-punched holes to secure parts in place.
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and work pieces during installation.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
