In this role, you will engage with our students through one-on-one coaching sessions, inspiring workshops, and impactful networking events. Come be a part of shaping the future, one career at a time!Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Motivation: Inspire and guide graduates to secure entry-level employment within 120 days of graduation through personalized coaching and motivation.Communication: Inbound and outbound calls related to the Career Services department, making 35 - 55 daily outbound calls.Goal Alignment: Actively listen to students’ and graduates’ goals, aligning them with relevant employment opportunities.Presentation Skills: Use PowerPoint presentations effectively in all career planning meetings.Document Review: Review and provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and other employability items.File Management: Manage student and graduate files by updating contact information and collecting required forms.Event Participation: Participate in department events, staff meetings, open houses, and graduations.Critique Portfolios: Offer constructive critiques on portfolios, resumes, and other employment-related documents before graduation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Market Understanding: Understanding of employment trends and the job market.Resume & Interview Prep: Familiarity with resume writing and interview preparation.Motivational Ability: Ability to motivate and engage with students and graduates positively.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required.Why Join Us?At F.I.R.S.T.
