Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Membership Administrator to support our Preferred Partner Plan membership program. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers across F.H. Furr and our sister companies throughout the Atlantic South Region, assisting with membership inquiries, renewals, account maintenance, and customer support.

Who/What Are We Looking For?
As a vital part of our team, you will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Preferred Partner Plan members across F.H. Furr and affiliated sister companies throughout the Atlantic South Region
- Assist customers with questions regarding membership benefits, coverage, renewals, and account updates
- Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, transfers, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate customer and membership records within company systems
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound customer communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure membership benefits are delivered consistently and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support field personnel and other departments as needed
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
To be a successful member of our team, you'll need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service, administrative, or membership support experience preferred
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Dedication to meeting attendance requirements and demonstrating reliability
- Team-player mentality with a willingness to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-Time
