Duties
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through leads we have in house, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Present and promote flooring like wood or refinishing wood or LVP LUXURY VINYL PLANK and OTHER FLOORING PRODUCTS to prospective clients in person
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess their FLOORING needs and recommend suitable products
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using software such as QUICK BOOKS or other systems as needed
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially within sales environments
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and lead generation methods
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional client communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to work independently in leads provided to you from us, while maintaining professionalism and persistence
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward closing deals and growing territory
