Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Agent, maintenance, property managers, on site managers, and admin to join our team on-site in Chula Vista, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property leasing activities, including showing rental properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. You will provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, assist with property marketing efforts, and ensure lease compliance. Additionally, you will support property management by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
- Proficiency in Property Management practices and procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to provide a superior tenant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry-related software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate, business, or related fields is preferred
