Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and creating positive dining experiences for guests.
- Korean language proficiency is highly preferred.
