- Support cooking activities by following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality food output
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper handling techniques and storage practices to meet health regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquet events and regular service hours
- Contribute to guest satisfaction through attentive customer service and efficient support in food delivery and setup
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Experience working with POS systems like Aloha or Micros enhances your ability to support smooth operations
