We have an opportunity for an experienced Traveling Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5 million) from inception to completion on a Mega Data Center project in North Dakota with the opportunity to travel across the United States on other projects. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!
About You:
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required
- EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5 million) with demonstrated success
- A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
- ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints
- FLEXIBLE: Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary
What You’ll Do:
- PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end
- PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work
- LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
- PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules
- SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members
