Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a Janitor. The Janitor will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and organization of commercial properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, restrooms, and common areas; handling waste disposal; and maintaining supplies. The janitor will also assist with light maintenance tasks and report any building repairs or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Janitorial Services and basic Housekeeping skills
- Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to undergo and apply Training sessions as necessary to adhere to cleaning standards and protocols
- Willingness to contribute to service improvement efforts; basic experience in Sales is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and task organization skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
