Mo's FroYo & Jo is a friendly, family-focused frozen yogurt and coffee shop committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking dependable, positive team members to join our small, fast-paced team.
Position Summary
The Frozen Yogurt Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving frozen yogurt, coffee, and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized shop, and supporting daily operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare frozen yogurt, toppings, and condiments for guest
- Prepare coffee and other beverages accurately
- Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, dining areas, floors, & dishes
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and shop SOPs
- Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Able to complete any additional duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Must obtain Idaho Food Handlers Card with in 2 weeks of hire date
Scheduling Requirements
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Flexible shifts available; ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income
