Position Overview:
- Type: Per Visit (PRN)
- Schedule: Open / Flexible
- Location: Seminole, Orlando, Kissimmee, Osceola
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
- Perform assessments, wound care, medication management, and follow-ups
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with physicians and care team
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN License (REQUIRED)
- Home Health experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
