As a BIM Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with implementing, managing, and overseeing the BIM process and ensuring the efficient and effective use of BIM technology.

Responsibilities
As a BIM Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with implementing, managing, and overseeing the BIM process and ensuring the efficient and effective use of BIM technology.
Standards
- Oversee the production of project information models that bring together data, drawings, and schedules associated with the different phases of a project.
- Responsible for BIM standards development and implementation.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee and train the BIM coordinators to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate BIM project setup, project work modeling, and detailing.
- Link BIM to the project construction phase for submittals, construction models, and shop drawings.
- Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.

- Expert with the use of Navisworks
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUp.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and sequences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in construction with drafting experience, drone flying, and BIM.
