Responsibilities
As a Project Accountant, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with accurately and consistently completing the accounting functions for the assigned project. This position will be located on the jobsite at Eli Lilly, Inc., Lebanon plant.
- Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Process monthly closing/account reconciliations.
- Review contracts to ensure billings are sent correctly.
- Collaborate with the project team regularly or as needed.
- Collect and review all pertinent subcontractor paperwork.
- Prepare invoice package including all applicable backup.
- Assist other team members as needed.

What it takes
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related field
- Combination of Associates degree and relevant work experience (2-4 years) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and various other accounting software.
