About The Role

Ezzey Digital Marketing is hiring a Product Owner to take full ownership of BOOST, one of our core products and a key driver of our growth strategy. BOOST helps local business owners take their most valuable asset, their business, online, building authority, visibility, and credibility so they can compete and win when prospects are searching for their products or services.


BOOST is a scalable, tier-based subscription product with a clear progression path from entry level through custom enterprise engagements. Each month, our fulfillment engine performs roughly 90 optimization activities per client, including Google Business Profile optimization, online authority building, and proper listings across indexed directories, typically producing measurable results in the first 30 to 60 days. It delivers the kind of outcome that historically required $8,000/month brand and SEO programs, at a fraction of the cost and timeline.


We need someone who will own this product end-to-end, from sharpening the offer, to building the marketing front-end, to optimizing the sales motion, to enhancing fulfillment, reporting, and the customer experience that drives retention and upsell. The person who owns BOOST will be rewarded with the scale and the success of what they build.

What You'll Own

As the Product Owner for BOOST, you will be the central point of contact across all key stakeholders, gathering requirements, understanding team capabilities, and delegating execution across marketing, operations, product, and reporting. You will work closely with our project manager to define the scope and deliverables that move BOOST forward.


Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and articulate the value proposition and benefit framework for each BOOST tier
  • Own the product roadmap and the progression path between levels
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the offer to make it more attractive at each stage


Marketing & Sales

  • Build a marketing front-end that creates attraction and inbound demand for BOOST
  • Design and optimize the sales process, including evaluating call center, salesperson, and self-serve no-touch purchase paths
  • Test and iterate on the offer until it converts efficiently at each level


Fulfillment & Customer Experience

  • Partner with operations to ensure every fulfillment lever is being pulled and the process runs cleanly
  • Enhance the onboarding and early-customer experience to drive immediate satisfaction and eliminate buyer's remorse
  • Build out monthly reporting that creates customer delight and clearly communicates the value being delivered


Retention & Upsell

  • Engineer the operational upsell path so that delighted customers naturally progress to higher BOOST tiers and adjacent services
  • Track and improve the metrics that matter: conversion, retention, level-up rate, and lifetime value


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders touching BOOST
  • Translate requirements into clear executables and delegate to the right teams
  • Coordinate with the project manager to define the scope and keep the project on track
  • Own the success of the product and report on its progress


What We're Looking For

We're looking for an operator, not a theorist. The right person has done this before, taken a product to market, made it work, and can show us the receipts.


Required Experience

  • Demonstrated track record of taking a product to market, launching it, and scaling it successfully
  • Specific references and concrete examples of products you've owned or led
  • Experience working across marketing, sales, operations, and reporting functions, you don't have to do every job, but you need to be fluent in all of them
  • Comfort owning a P&L-style outcome and being measured on results


Strongly Preferred

  • Background in digital marketing, local SEO, online authority, or a related agency / SaaS product space
  • Experience designing tier-based or subscription product progressions
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (we use GoHighLevel)
  • Comfort with both founder-led startup motion and structured agency delivery

Compensation & Growth

This role is built around scale. The Product Owner of BOOST will be rewarded with the success of the project β€” base compensation plus performance-based upside tied directly to the product's growth. The specific structure will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience.
