This is a 100% inbound, phone-based sales role — no cold calling, no door knocking, and no outside sales. We provide high-quality, ready-to-convert leads so you can focus on closing and maximizing your income.
We specialize in personal lines and commercial insurance, with a strong focus on commercial and trucking policies.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound leads and warm prospects provided by the company
- Sell personal and commercial insurance policies (auto, home, trucking, and more)
- Build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Follow up with prospects and maximize every opportunity
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Must be licensed in Texas
- Additional state licenses are a plus
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
