Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and client accounts from concept through completion
- Prepare proposals and coordinate ordering of exhibit components (graphics, hardware, etc.)
- Organize and manage show services and logistics
- Build and track projects using internal management software, ensuring alignment with budgets and fabrication details
- Travel to trade shows to oversee installations and supervise on-site labor teams
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed
- Conduct post-show reporting and client follow-ups
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in real-time during fast-paced project execution
Travel Requirements
- 25–40% travel within the U.S.
- Travel-heavy seasons: Winter and Spring (some weekends required)
Qualifications
- Required: Experience in the Trade Show / Exhibit Industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and work ethic
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and written communication
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with exhibit fabrication processes and materials
Salary : $78,000 - $95,000
