Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Install Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects while ensuring excellent customer experience. This is a field-based role where you will manage multiple job sites, coordinate crews, and solve problems in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1–3 active job sites daily.
- Supervise installation crews and ensure quality work.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Keep projects on time and within budget.
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and daily updates.
- Solve onsite issues and manage project changes.
- Ensure compliance with permits and safety standards.
- Requirements
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Experience managing teams or operations
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field environment
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred
- Background in construction, remodeling, or carpentry
- OR experience in restaurant, hospitality, or event management
