Concrete Finisher

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join the team in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete finishing, formwork, flatwork, and construction site operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in outdoor construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for concrete work.
• Build, set, and remove formwork.
• Perform flatwork and concrete finishing to ensure smooth and level surfaces.
• Operate power tools and heavy construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished concrete surfaces and perform corrections as needed.
• Follow all construction site safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using power tools and heavy construction equipment.
• Strong experience in formwork and flatwork.
• Skilled in setting, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Carpentry or general construction background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
• Knowledge of construction site safety standards.
• Previous paving or concrete finishing experience is a plus.
