Computer Numerical Control Programmer

We have an immediate career opening for a CNC Lathe/Mill Programmer and Machinist

Location: Tampa, FL - onsite

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Come join a winning team in Tampa! We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe/Mill Programmer and Machinist. We are a Full service Hydraulic and Mechanical Repair company. We specialize in Hydraulic repair and manufacturing. The perfect candidate must be highly experienced with Haas CNC machine tools and Fusion 360 software. We service some of the largest Ships, Amusement Parks, Mining operations and manufacturing companies in the world. This individual must be capable and comfortable designing and manufacturing products that are up to the quality and standard that we are known for.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Use Fusion 360 for Drawing and Programming of Haas Lathes and Mills

· Draw new parts as required

· Reverse Engineer parts as required

· Create NC Programs for Lathes with Y-Axis/Live Tooling and Mills with 3, 4 and 5 Axis

· Perform Set-Up and Fixturing as required

· Run Programs and Operate machines as required

Qualifications and Experience

· 10 years Experience with Programming Using CAD/CAM Systems

· Must be highly proficient with Fusion 360

· Must be highly proficient with Haas Control and Machines

· Must be highly proficient with Y-Axis & Live Tooling

· Must be highly proficient with 4 & 5 Axis Milling
