Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- 5 years of civil engineering experience (site development/infrastructure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and standard engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
- Lead and support projects involving site development, utilities, roadways, drainage, and infrastructure.
- Perform engineering calculations, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and design standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, surveyors, and regulatory agencies.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction support as needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
