Job Summary: Flow-X is seeking dynamic and self-driven Outside Sales Professionals to join our growing team across key US logistics hubs. As an Outside Sales representative, you will be the face of Flow-X, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the end-to-end logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Flow-X’s market share in the local region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present comprehensive end-to-end logistics solutions (Air, Ocean, Warehousing, and SaaS-driven logistics).
- Collaborate with the operations and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or e-commerce sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local logistics market and resource network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- English is required and Chinese/Spanish is required.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
