Sales Associate – Premium Handmade Home Décor

EZOVIA is a boutique home décor store in Annapolis specializing in handmade ceramics, decorative glass, textiles, and unique home accessories inspired by Turkish craftsmanship and Mediterranean design.
We are seeking a professional, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience
* Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
* Learn and communicate the story, craftsmanship, and unique characteristics of EZOVIA products
* Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales goals
* Maintain attractive product displays and overall store presentation
* Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily store operations
* Process customer purchases accurately
* Develop relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
* Assist with social media content and in-store promotional activities when needed
* Represent EZOVIA professionally and consistently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, luxury goods, home décor, fashion, or customer service preferred
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer-service and sales abilities
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
* Interest in art, design, home décor, fashion, or handcrafted products
* Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
* Weekend availability required
Turkish language skills are a strong plus and will be considered an advantage because many of our products are connected to Turkish craftsmanship and culture.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay performance-based sales commission/bonus.
We believe employees who contribute directly to the success of the store should have the opportunity to benefit from that success.
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with additional earning potential through sales performance.
