Position: Chef
EZME is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team.
Our menu is inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and precise execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience preferred (Mediterranean or seafood experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
