Project Accountant | Deerfield Beach, FL (On-site)
We’re currently hiring a Project Accountant for a well-established commercial general contractor specializing in high-end hospitality construction projects.
This role will partner closely with Project Managers and leadership to support AIA billing, subcontractor invoices, and project financial tracking across multiple jobs.
What You’ll Do:
• Support monthly AIA billing and owner billings
• Process subcontractor invoices and accounts payable
• Track project budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Maintain project financial documentation and records
• Assist with month-end close (AR/AP)
• Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 5 years of Project Accountant experience with a General Contractor
• Demonstrated career stability and consistent tenure
• Strong experience with AIA billing and construction accounting
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with ComputerEase preferred; Procore a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
